This seller was removed by DMCA on May 17, 2025 for 1 ASIN (B0DCFYQS1X) and on May 27, 2025 for the second ASIN (B0DCFR1L2Z).
Due to relisting of the product without addressing the DMCA notice we filed. No counter notice was ever filed or deliverred to us.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), Amazon must “adopt and reasonably implement a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of subscribers and account holders … who are repeat infringers.” Allowing a seller to circumvent a DMCA removal by simply assigning a new ASIN is a clear violation of this policy and jeopardizes Amazon’s DMCA safe harbor protection.
