Refunds are not issued once an order has shipped. Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion if the product received is materially not as described.

Damaged or missing components will be replaced. Claims for damaged or missing components must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Approved returns are subject to:

A 25% restocking fee
Deduction of our original shipping costs ($8.95–$14.85)
Return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer

Bulk orders are non-returnable, except as required by applicable law.
