Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are sold as bulk hardware only and are not pre-packaged for individual resale. Hardware is packaged according to the order quantity. Individual printed instruction sheets are not included with bulk orders; installation instructions are available for download or printing directly from our website.
Due to normal manufacturing processes, bulk orders may exhibit minor shade variations between dye lots. Such variations are cosmetic only, do not affect product performance or safety, and are typically concealed once installed and sealed.
Bulk orders are non-returnable, except as required by applicable law.
Resale Policy (Authorized Channels Only)
Authorized purchasers may resell The Solid Mount® products only through the following channels:
A physical brick-and-mortar retail location
The reseller’s own company website, selling directly to end customers
Resale through third-party online marketplaces, aggregators, drop-shipping platforms, or any platform not expressly authorized in writing by Back to Basics Innovative Design is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are also prohibited:
White-labeling, rebranding, or relabeling The Solid Mount®
Palming off or misrepresentation of product origin
Competing directly against Back to Basics Innovative Design on platforms where we sell
Use of The Solid Mount® images, instructions, videos, or marketing materials without prior written authorization
Violation of this Resale Policy may result in immediate termination of supply, revocation of reseller status, and enforcement actions, including breach of contract, trade dress infringement, and other legal remedies available under applicable law.
Shipping
We understand The Solid Mount® is often a time-sensitive safety product. While same-day shipment is not guaranteed, approximately 99% of orders ship the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during these times will ship the following business day. Click here for more details.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are not issued once an order has shipped. Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion if a product is materially not as described.
Damaged or missing components will be replaced. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returns (where approved) are subject to:
25% restocking fee
Our original shipping costs ($8.95–$14.85)
Return shipping paid by the customer
No returns are accepted on bulk orders.
Product Modifications
Modification of The Solid Mount® products, designs, components, or installation methods is not authorized.
Intellectual Property Rights & Usage Policy
All products, designs, images, diagrams, videos, instructions, text, and marketing materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Back to Basics Innovative Design / The Solid Mount® and are protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.
No rights or licenses are granted by purchase, reseller status, or implication.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials
Create derivative works
Upload content to websites, marketplaces, or media
Use images, instructions, or marketing materials in listings or promotions
Prior written authorization is required for any use.
Unauthorized use may result in DMCA takedowns, platform enforcement actions, termination of reseller rights, and legal remedies under applicable law.
All rights are expressly reserved.
Ownership
You do not acquire any intellectual property rights or ownership interest in any product design, instruction, image, or material, whether modified or unmodified. All such materials remain the property of Back to Basics Innovative Design.
Imagery, Fonts & Media
All imagery, clip art, fonts, and video content used in our products and website are copyrighted and may not be used or distributed separately. Unless otherwise noted, all such materials are owned exclusively by Back to Basics Innovative Design.
Errors, Corrections & Site Changes
We do not warrant that this website will be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, or current. Information, content, features, and functionality may contain errors or omissions and may be modified, updated, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.
We assume no obligation to update or correct information on this website.
Third-Party Content
Third-party content or links may appear on this site. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or opinions expressed in such content.
Unlawful Activity
We reserve the right to investigate violations of these Terms and to report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities, including disclosure of relevant account and usage information where required.
Warranty (California Compliant)
The Solid Mount® is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
At our option, our sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be the repair or replacement of the defective product or component.
To the extent permitted by California law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the one (1) year warranty period.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Products purchased from third-party sellers are subject to that seller’s return and service policies; however, this limited manufacturer’s warranty applies to qualifying defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Back to Basics Innovative Design and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of data, arising out of or related to the use of our products or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent liability may not be excluded under California law, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the products or website shall be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under California law.
Payments
You represent that all payment information provided is accurate and authorized. You agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes, at posted prices.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our products shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Trademarks & Copyrights
Back to Basics Innovative Design, The Solid Mount®, and all related marks, graphics, and trade dress are protected intellectual property. No use is permitted without prior written consent.
Safety Notice
Grab bars provide safety only when properly installed. Installation must comply with applicable standards and local building codes. The manufacturer is not responsible for failures resulting from improper installation.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
